Stress is common in life, especially in these uncertain times when there are changes we're not used to and our way of life is totally different. There are many ways to deal with stress and what works for one person may not work for another.
One way I deal with stress is prayer. If I'm worried or I can't sleep I pray the "Hail Mary" until I can sleep or until I have calmed down. During the past few weeks I have found listening to certain songs have helped like "Raise a Hallelujah" by Jonathan & Melissa Helser, "Take Courage" by Kristene DiMarco, "10,000 Reasons" by Matt Redman. If you have any other song suggestions for me, please comment on this post. Reading has also helped me take my mind off things.
